The Forest Gate community offers a convenient location just 3 blocks west of the USU campus and half a block from a bus stop that runs through campus. Our apartments are partially furnished with essentials like beds, couches, and bar stools, and feature private rooms with personal locks and shared common spaces. Each unit includes large kitchens with ample storage, newer flooring in select apartments, spacious bedrooms with updated mattresses, and all appliances. Residents also enjoy the comfort of swamp coolers and window A/C units.

The community offers an on-site laundry room, private parking, professional management, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. We’re located near USU Campus, Bear Lake, shopping, dining, hiking trails, and more. Applicants must have a credit score of 600 or higher, a clean background, positive rental history, and earn at least 3 times the monthly rent. Cosigners are accepted. Lease terms are from May 15th to August 1st, 2025. One time rent payment of $800 required! Additional $40 community package which includes parking and internet per month, as well as utilities monthly which range from $50-$70.
