Types of SMS Communication:

Below are some examples of how Concept Property Management uses SMS communication. SMS (ie text messages) we send may include but are not limited to:

Leasing - our leasing agents may communicate information regarding vacant apartments that are available for rent, move-in specials, and information relating to applications.

Residents - SMS messages may include but are not limited to: messages regarding maintenance issues, property-wide notications for emergency and non-emergency issues, lease updates, balances owed, lease renewal oers, lease violations, etc. This list is an example and not all-inclusive. Messages may be sent for anything related to the property and/ or resident experience.

Message Frequency: By opting in, you consent to receive recurring messages from us. The frequency of these messages will vary depending on individual circumstances and situations at each property.

Potential associated costs:

Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred from receiving messages.

How to Opt Out:

You can opt out of receiving further messages at ay time by replying with STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive further messages unless you opt back in. Please be aware that opting out may mean that you do not receive time-sensitive information, such as information related to maintenance emergencies.
